Which Wordpress Plugin auto-posts thumbnails?

I've seen some autoblogs lately and I noticed that when automated posts are put up, they automatically come up with thumbnails on the front page.

As an example of one such autoblog, rapidweightlosssolutions.com, if you scroll down to the "rapid weight loss" section, i'm pretty sure that all of those posts are automated - what plug-in are they using to also grab random thumbnails to put up on the front page?

    On that particular theme, the images are added to each corresponding post in the 'custom fields' section. You can tweak the code a little and use an image/banner rotator to randomly assign images in the spot though.

    I use the same theme a lot and I pre-load 10 images to my server and use the plugin WPADS to serve the images.
