Hi All,

We are looking for some feedback on our new website. I know there is a small issue with one page and our "green" page is in the process of being formatted/organized.

(sorry, can't post links yet)

Thanks!

Reads like it was written by a UK writer.
A little peculiar. UK writers tend to choose
words that are not as colloquial to State's
    English.

This is for the American market, right?

This is a quibble. It may hurt conversions because
your writer has chosen terms and verbiage in
some cases that may be perceived as a little
    highbrow by American readers.

The site has a polished look. When I clicked
on the coupon I was instantly confused, so
you'd better re-think that and do away with
    the ambiguity.

There are a bunch of little things I'd do differently.
Some of them would make your site uglier
and piss off your designer, but probably boost
the number of leads you get.

All in all, a nicely put-together effort that kind
    of lacks direct-response power. Basically,
    visitors are under-incentivized to respond.

      Hi Loren,

Thank you for the feedback. I didn't really notice the coupon issue until you pointed it out and you are also correct about the copy and it's effectiveness of converting visitors to customers.

This is my first real website so I'm learning quickly how dynamic we need to be with content and changes

Like the general look of the site. Great logo. A few things . . .

I use Firefox and the flash pictures don't change. Looks like they're meant to. Perhaps the timing needs to be shortened.

My first thought was . . .what are you trying to accomplish with the first page? I can see providing information, but don't you really want to gather leads. Would be great if the lead form was accessible "above the fold." You might get better response rates.

I agree with the previous comment that the button for coupons doesn't immediately explain what you want the reader to do.

You're off to a great start!

          • Thank you all for the feedback. We are working on having your suggestions implemented.

Dialady- The flash pictures are set to change manually due to the tool that was used by my designer. The original idea was to have them go through the 3 pics then stop static back on the first pic. As was explained to me the tool that was used doesn't support that and the pics would continue in a endless loop. This is supposed to be updated in the next release of the tool.

If anyone knows how I can make that happen now we would appreciate your input.

            Thanks

I'd turn the logo on the left of the nav bar to go to the home page. I know there's a home button right next to it, but usually people will click on the logo to get back to the home button.
