Honest feedback....

Well...your blog looks like the other 1,062,984 blogs (that's my personal calculation) on weight loss that aren't able to monetize.

As a consumer, you have given me zero reasons why I would want to read your blog let alone purchase something. Are you selling something by the way?

I would make a clear and concise offer to your potential customers. You need to let them know what you are offering, what's in it for them, why they should trust you, and proof in what you are claiming. They need to be a little to see your offer and be interested in it within a few seconds. This is what the header is used for; to display an offer that is irresistible, an offer that someone interested in weight loss would be a fool to pass up. Take a look at your blog again and see if you have such an offer.

these are all common mistakes when creating blogs to monetize.

the blog itself looks okay however I find the header graphic to be distracting. Don't get too caught up on flashy graphics as flashy graphics don't mean sales.

Having said that I just spotted your banner ad on the right selling a product. I think this ad looks a little amateurish and you might want to consider spicing it up a little.

On the contrary, I think that would make quite a good Adsense blog. Provided of course if you can rank for those terribly competitive keywords.

I agree with most of what Orlando Web Design said, but I'll add few things.

The most annoying thing I find there is terrible typography on home page. Everything is just so stretched out to the corners so I can't focus on reading the article. I strongly recommend adding a lot of whitespace to make it breathe a little bit. Right now it's stretching like bikini on a fat woman.

Also putting a little more effort into the header would be nice. At first I didn't know if the menu is supposed to look like this, or if something just didn't load.

On the other hand, articles by themself aren't bad. Keep it up
