cheap mini-site designer / article spins included

Need cheap mini-site designer who can produce about ten mini-sites for me that are five pages in length each. I need the articles spun for each one also.

The domains will all be related around the same key word. For example:
deliciouscake4u.com, deliciouscakeinfo.com, deliciouscake-info.com, etc.

I am trusting that these will all come up together for the key word:
delicious cake. Only that is used as an example. The key word I am trying to get all ten sites to come up on the same page for is easy to get on the first page using the key world I have in mind.

Will google penalize those sites if they realize they are all coming from the same person because of style and design etc.?

I need an email capture page as one of the five pages also on each of the ten sites.

    I can do minisites for you but I am not the cheapest, meaning I charge for the quality and effort I will put into the project.

    You usually get what you pay for. I do not claim to be the best but I will do better than most mainly because I will put my whole heart into it, meaning I will personally be doing it as if its my own website and not pass it off to someone else to do it and treat you as just another number.

    I think that most minisites are called minisites because they are 1 page and you are basically asking for a 5 page site. Which will cost you more no matter who you hire.

    This is exactly what I need to do in order to bury a competitor who stole my brand name. Anyone who can do this for me please PM me. I need about twelve sites. Anyone offer a discount per site if I order 10 to 12 sites?

    Also, if my header is about 275 KB will a four page site take very long to upload if the header has this amount of Kilo Bytes?
