I would like to build site like Where Delicious Cookies are Made Healthy | Nut Just a Cookie i really like the textures and the layout. Is it Wordpress? any body know of a theme thats kind of similar?

    Yes its wordpress. They are using the wp e-commerce plugin and likely have had the site theme custom made.
