RE: Help! Thunderbird Issue...

Hi Warriors,

I was wondering if any Warrior knows the answer to this one

I use Aweber for my autoresponder service and frequently include a link within my email messages that drive subscribers to certain videos, my website, landing pages of JV partners or offer pages.

When the emails I send are received using Thunderbird client, the links that are in them are not clickable. They must be copied and pasted into the address bar of the browser. For Outlook and Gmail, the links are clickable.

I have written the emails as both plain text and HTML and used http:// at the start of all my emails.

Does anyone know how these links can be clickable no matter what type of email software people use?

I want to keep a low attrition rate and want to increase my clickthroughs but obviously an unclickable link leaves subscribers slightly frustrated and they probably won't bother, or worse unsubscribe because they think I can't be bothered to set up or test the links properly.

Thanks
