Hi Everyone,

I hope your holidays are going well.

I'm applying for some training and I need to "interview" a few working designers as part of the process.

If any of you have a few minutes, could you give feedback on these questions:

Please list the top five skills that will get a web designer hired today?

When designing for mobile, what skills and approaches do you use?

    Expereince outside the world of wordpress.

    Having an understanding of layout and color.

    Understanding that Form follows Function.

    The ability to listen and follow through.

    Understand the concept and design of funnels.

    Understanding that mobile = tablet and phone, and that it can not be treated the same. build for mobile phones, and allow responsive to fulfill desktop and tablet. And I am not talking about an APP.. I am talking about building out mobile phone specific code.
