Scrolls in IE. Help

I have a friend, who has done a page on her site and for some reason the page has scrolls horizontally and vertically appearing on it in IE, while working fine in other browsers.

      It happens on IE6 and IE7 only. There are two separate style sheets calling the #container class with different widths.
      You should delete or change to 900px, the one located on css/style.css
