Need Help with Word Press Plug In Made Fatal Error When Activated

The Fatal Error came upon when I was on my wordpress admin or dashboard.

I wen to add a plug in called "Related Posts" to my plug ins and it did get installed on my wordpress.

But when I was trying to activate it, this is when the problem showed up.

It is showing this codes:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function is_site_admin() in /home/learnmor/public_html/wp-content/plugins/wordpress-related-posts/related-posts.php on line 81

I do not know how to fix and I need to get into my dashboard or admin are of this particular website/blog.

Can someone kindly show me tell me where i can get the information on how I can fix this problem?

    Here is what you can do to delete it to get rid of it first because it looks like it is not compatible with your word press theme.

    here are the steps you can do

    -First log into your cpanel
    -once on the cpanel, look for the "File manager"
    -Go and look for wp-content on the public html
    - Double click on the wp-content and then it will show you the different plug ins you have
    - highlight or click on the "related posts" and click delete

    That is if you do not have important stuffs on the plug in...or you can save it first and then delete it.
