Pretty Link Plugin -- Cloaked or 307?

I've just started using Pretty Link for WP to cloak my affiliate links. It allows several types of redirects, including 307 (Temporary) and Cloaked.
When I tried cloaked, the URL in the address bar of the browser doesn't change to the target site and it makes it look as though the user is still in my domain.
The 307 will show the actual url.
What are the pros and cons of each technique? I don't particularly like having the user think that the sales pages are part of my site. I'm also a bit concerned with how this will track in clickbank or other affiliate programs. For now I'm going to stick with the 307.
