How do I add my squeeze page?

I just learned how to write my squeeze page but am clueless on how I make it the first page people come to. Also is do you need to have a domain to use a squeeze page? I have looked everywhere I can think of but nothing specifically tells you how to do this.

    If you want your squeeze page to be the first people will see, you need to save it as index.html or index.php depending on which extension you prefer to use. This will ensure it's the first page people will see when they reach your site.

    Yes, ideally you need to purchase a domain name and a hosting service to host your site.
