Wordpress Website Question?

I have noticed a few people selling websites that are set up from a specific theme, like flexsqueeze or similar, and they are saying that they own a developers licence to resell the theme, but they are changing the graphics and content and adding plugins ect....

Whats a developers licence cost, where would I get one from? Any ideas on how to do what I am talking about or learn to do this at?

Anyway, any suggestions please advice. If you go into the websites for sale section thats where these offers are at.

    Developer license deals different with different providers .

    For some developer licenses, it means Unlimited installs + Unlimited edits allowed. But for some, it is unlimited edits + Low pay per install.

    Wordpress Thesis theme comes to the second category.
