Can a client upload files to Wordpress

Ya wordpress has this functionality and you can easily upload anything through wordpress to your server and later on you can collect it either from your server using ftp or can access the documents through your wordpress admin panel.

I presume you are explaining, that they can upload as a user, like a limited dashboard style.

I am not sure if my client is thinking that way.

I am looking to see if it can be more done so like:

My clients client goes to a page on the site and there is a form field that has upload to site. Not so much that they need to log into wordpress and do it from the dashboard.

As you can see from this page there is an option to browse your computer and upload.

I realize this is in aspx but I am wondering if similar can be done in wordpress.

I was provided solution to you for wordpress only but if you are searching for any kind of solution except wordpress and like the example site vistaprint.com.au in php then please allow me few hour I will provide you the similar kind of script for you but it will take some time as right now I am little busy with my clients work but for sure I can provide you the similar type of php script.

i am just asking if this can be done in wordpress. I thought there may of been a plugin or something that does this.

If you have a solution I would love to hear more on what can be done.

Or if you have an example of this on a demo site or something that would be good.

I look forward to seeing something you have. There is no need to go writing anything, if it is something that is available online great.

I dont want you too go to too much trouble as I have not confirmed to my client if this process can be done. It was a feature he asked if could be done.

Anyway I look forward to seeing what you come up with.

Hi Not to worry There is nothing like this and may be there is some plugin available for wordpress but I Have no idea about it as I have not searched for this but I have a good script for you which I got from my friend and I want to share it with you may be it will solve your problem and I am new to this site so I don't know whether I can post any live links in my posts or not so if u wish I can PM you the demo as well as the download link of the script. If possible provide me ur email ID so that I can send the script to ur mail id.

If you become a war room member I am not sure if you still have to have certain number of posts. Easiest thing to do is to simply comment on posts and be helpful as you have been with me.

Benefits of the war room........amazing. There is so much to learn and offers you will love. Some things are offered for free insyead of paying for.

The war room is definitely worth the money. That is my own opinion.

@bobbyd67 Get the Gravity Forms Plugin. They can submit a for with their info and it has a place that they can upload documents specific to that form submission.

Hey Mike its right that gravity form has the capability to do this but its not a free plugin but I personally Like the plugin and I have the developer License of the Plugin.
