Need Someone to Help Tweek my Blog

I have a blog up and would like to get help on a consistent basis to tweek it. I have such a hard time changing elements and widgets, though I got the basics up. It's like a work in progress, just need some basic help with it. If you can do simple design stuff, all the better. I can pay ya, though I am not Richard Branson's cousin.
