Looking for a webdesigner

Hi

I am looking for a talented webdesigner who I hope to use for all of my future projects. To be honest, I have had little success with freelance sites, so I'm hoping there's a Warrior up for the job!

In particular, a webdesigner with experience in designing websites for small businesses, preferably CMS, but also able to do individual designs in html and flash.

Experience with ecover and banners is a plus.

I realize many of you are probably already busy with clients of your own, but I hope to send lots of work your way soon.

    Hey !
    This forum is not particularly for hiring designers. I suggest you post this in Hire Warriors section. Also it would be much better that you post one project to start with it. Post the details and request portfolios and quotes. That way you will have bunch of designers. Without project details it will be difficult to find the right designer.
