I've read a lot of recommendations for using percentage for font size instead of absolute pixel size. It's so that visitors can adjust the size on their browsers.

This sounds sensible but doesn't it risk throwing off your layout? Say I've got a section of text nicely designed around an image. Won't that layout get distorted if someone changes the font size?

Besides, most of my non-technical visitors wouldn't know how to adjust text size anyway.

Any advice on this?

I just took an Adobe Photoshop education and learned to use % instead of pixel.

    Much easier.
