Does anyone else have this problem of a self hosted wordpress blog deleting iframe codes? The main problem is amazon product banners.

I can go to amazon, get a product banner, post the iframe code into the wordpress html editor, click the visual tab, and the editor removes the code.

This is causing some problems, as I would like to include product banners in my blog post. I can make the post, find a grammar or spelling correction, edit the post, and the product code is removed. Then I have to go back to amazon and get the code again, and then edit the post yet again.

On top of that, I have some specialized product pages on my blog. On these pages I might have 20 or 30 product links. There have been times when I have to re-code the entire page because wordpress deleted all of the iframe codes.

    That is how WP works.
You need a plugin that allows you to add scripts. You then put the code they give you into the post. The plugin will change the code into whatever you saved for the code.
Adwords Deluxe is one such type of plugin. I'm not sure if it is still supported though. There are others.
