Looking to hire a Wordpress designer

Hi all,

I'm looking for a second Wordpress designer/coder to help me out on occassions.

I have a small project I need doing asap, we can start with that if you're free?

I now use Thesis on all my blogs.

I need you to create a new theme that skins Thesis. I've got the basic layout as a PSD. You can use that for reference.

I also need some tweaks done to the Thesis css, so that I can run different page templates with certain elements removed/included.

I'll also give you the design via PSD, so you know what I'm looking for and how I want the different templates to look.
