What is the easiest way? Hire someone to write a script.
Since every xml file is different, there is no standard way.
But before you get there, are you sure the xml file isn't already in an rss format?

      Hi, thanks for responding.

Perhaps I'm confused a bit maybe. All I know is when I enter most feeds that end in .xml they either never publish correctly if at all.

Seems like these feeds should be easily pulled. The aggregator's i used is Feedwordpress (don't laugh:p) I also have WP-o-Matic and WP-Robot.

Perhaps it will work better with the others?

Below are the feeds I am having issues with
      HTML Code:
      http://www.accesshollywood.com/rss2/justin-bieber.xml
      http://www.accesshollywood.com/rss2/index-celebrities.xml
      I get this message :
      Problem:

FeedWordPress encountered the following error when trying to retrieve this feed:
XML error: syntax error at line 1, column 49
If you think this is a temporary problem, you can still force FeedWordPress to add the subscription. FeedWordPress will not be able to find any syndicated posts until this problem is resolved.
How can i fetch full content, pics included for these feeds and keep them on my site? :

      HTML Code:
      http://rss.imdb.com/daily/born
      http://rss.imdb.com/news/
      http://www.boxofficemojo.com/data/rss.php?file=charts.xml
      http://www.boxofficemojo.com/weekend/chart/?yr=2010&wknd=26&p=.htm
      http://www.movieweb.com/news/movie?do=rss
      http://www.movieweb.com/box-office/weekly?do=rss
      http://www.movieweb.com/photos/movie?do=rss
      http://feeds.feedburner.com/thr/film
      ok thanks
