I Give Up - Warrior needed to help with blog design!

I have tried for a week and I have used 3 different templates to try and get my blog to look the way I want it to. I bought the Geneses/Corporate theme from Studiopress, I bought the Headway Theme. I tried using Flexiblity Theme. I bought some other premium theme from ThemeForest and tried to use that. I give up!!! I need some help.

Here is what I want to do. I want to setup a template that looks like this blog: Top Dog Training Advice | Dog Obedience Training | Crate Dog Training | Dog Potty Training

I want to have it set up so that I can apply it across multiple blogs - just going in and changing colors, graphics, and text so that I can easily get the blogs up and running. Is this a doable thing? Is there anyone here I can pay to set it up for me?

I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong area. Just call me frustated and confused!!
