Cant video and images to show up in html

Hello Warriors,

I'm having an issue with uploading a video and the background images to my site in html. I've uploaded the video, images, and index file via ftp, but for some reason it won't show up on my site.

Here is how it should look

But this is how it looks No video no images

Can anyone help me out?? Thanks!

    Your images folder calls an Internal Server Error (500). If you can troubleshoot the cause, it should fix your problem.

    Start by checking the permissions on the images folder. If they are not set to 777, change it and see if it helps.

    500 error is a very generic message, and the exact cause would be difficult to determine here. I'd advise you to submit a support ticket to your webhost if the trouble persists.

    What FTP client do you use to access your web hosting account? If you use FileZilla, for example, you would do the following:

    1. Log into your web hosting account through FTP
    2. Select and right click the /images directory
    3. Click the "File Permissions" menu

    Look beside "Numeric value" on the "Change file attributes" window to find the directory's permissions. (You can also find the permissions in the top header beside "Last modified" and "Owner/Group".) You can change the permissions from the "Change file attributes" window.
