Well in my mind there is a few ways to do this.

1. charge the buyers a fee to be a member of the site.
2. charge the seller a fee to be a member of the site.
3. charge both sides to be a member of the site.

you would need either a pre built script to store the info and give either buyer, seller or both a way to search for people interested in buying or selling in area, by a home type or what ever you feel they need to search by.

you would also need a way for them to be able to contact each other without giving out there contact information and having them use the site to contact each other to start. then after that they can give there contact info when they want to.

the best way id say to approach this is to start with a piece of paper and write out your model and then start either looking for a pre built script witch might be harder to find for your exact needs or you can have one built.

there are quite a few decent pre built real estate scripts that might be close to what your wanting to do and you could just have some changes done to it.
