Is creating a landing page site in Blogger likely to result in a ban ?

I want to create a pre-sell landing page in Blogger with the purpose of re-directing interested visitors to the product's landing page.

The Blog is intended to be a single page, single product blog with CB affiliate links to the product page. There will be no other content besides the landing page in the blog.

Is it likely that this will in any way violate TOS of Blogger and result in Google banning the blog ?

In the worst case if my landing page blog gets slapped, will it in any way affect my existing blogs under the same account ?

      Thanks guys, I chose to play safe, since I am trying out something.
      Put up a landing page on weebly instead. It seems to be working out fine

      Did not want to risk my existing old blogs under the same account.
