"Quality" Well thats simple just fix up your content and skin. Make it easy to navigate etc.

Looking good! Maybe you should try Cute Profiles (WP Plugin) to add social buttons to the left or right of your blog. They would stand out a little more than your tubes. Otherwise I think there's something missing in the header... how about a logo..?

I really like the Thesis theme for it's clean look. Your layout and content look great. It looks monetized well, lots of contributors. Looks like a winner to me. It's good that you are actually taking the advice you're asking for and not using it as a tactic to promote a blog. Good use of the forum as well.

Excellent job on the blog site. I like the fact that your blog has lots of activity, a professional design, pictures of the bloggers, effective advertising and interesting posts.

I think that the blog can be improved by stating the primary purpose of your blog on the front page. This will help your visitors to determine if they are in the right place once they visit your blog page.

Hey The blog is running fine here and it's running on one of the awesome web hosting - Hostgator.
