Ok, in wordpress you can make the page index/nofollow and that will stop pagerank pass off. I would like pagerank to pass off so I would use index/follow. However, I don't want pagerank passed off to certain menu items like "support" or "contact". Is there a plug-in to add nofollow on individual menu bar links? Or do I have to edit my wordpress php?

    The best way to do this is to generate a sitemap.xml and no follow those pages there. There are wp plugins that will auto generate the sitemap.xml for you. And most of them allow you to customize that file.
