    If you mean a supermarket in the form of an online store then try wp-ecommerce.

    You will probably need to customize quite extensively it to get it working how you want however. The 'out of the box' setup is not that great...

      I will try wp-commerce. But I wish to have something that I will not customize much and which is equally good looking. Is classipress good for an online store? Is it not for classified ads?

        Honestly, I have never used classypress so can't comment on that.

        Wp-commerce can look good without any coding customization if you are willing to tinker with the settings a fair bit. As mentioned by ori_g there are also plenty of themes available, however most specific to wp-commerce are paid themes.

        I guess it depends what your budget is.

    There are plenty of ecommerce wordpress themes out there where you can load in a list of products and have them show in your virtual storefront - Just do a google search for "wordpress commerce site" and you could find as many as you want, ranging in price all the from free to many hundreds of dollars.
