Does anyone know what type of HTML code I need to use to add a Aweber optin form to the right side of a video?

It's driving me crazy I cannot figure out how to add my form to the right side of my video instead on "In Line"

Can someone help me out?

    "Cheap and Dirty" solution would be to create a table with one row with two cells. Place the video in one cell and the optin form on the other.

    Of course CSS is the preferred solution, but a table will get the job done.
