Urgent Help- Need a CMS Membership site with 2 UP affiliate script

Hi I need a membership site built on a contact management system similar to memberspeed, but one which has a 2 Up affiliate script. I haven't had much luck on elance to build one from scratch - can anyone recommend a provider who can do this for me? Need help with this one urgently!

      I would like a site for my brother who is a personal trainer targeting at home fitness for over 40's. Would need to include a pic of him in the graphic header, and would need PLR articles that he can author plus a sign up for ebook that people can download with autoresponder, and a banner to sign up for a free trial consultation with autoresponder. Are you able to do this?
