A mess of CSS & HTML or so they say...can you help me sort it out ???

I have a capture page for my site www.nylez-affair.com/enter . I orginally had created a web form from aweber that was coming out distorted (I am told from css).

I resized and moved things over using frontpage 2003 split screen (not using code, just dragging & dropping). I must have corrupted the code
doing so because the "sign in now button" doesn't link anywhere...even
after I hyperlinked it and gave it the url.

Aweber did not resolve my problem only to give me Can I Use My Own Form? :: AWeber Knowledge Base like I know what this is and how to insert what and where.

Please, please, please help:confused: Trying to do this on my own, can't afford a
webmaster and don't know anyone else who knows this stuff willing to help.

    the button works for me, atleast when i click it, it takes me to another page saying that the e-mail wasn't valid.


    note i havn't filled out the form. so it is working, in a sense.

      Yeah, for some reason I can clicked it in differnet browsers but it still is not directed right and I don't know how to clean up the mess behind the scenes.
