Which one is good for article marketing

Hi guys,

I just started my website My Blog intending to put up some article, product and also build up some email list. I have 5 samples below not sure which one is good for my type of site, advice much appreciated.

      Hi BPIcash, its okay, honest opinion is what i need most. I got my themes from freethemelayouts. Not sure you have any recommendation for better themes ? I aiming to build up my site in 3 days then move on to marketing.
