Please Help: Need to Edit a PSD Image File?

WEB DESIGN

Hello everyone.

I have the PSD file of the following image:

I want to edit the text and that's all but I can't seem to do it in Photoshop. I can edit the blue bottom text but the top text doesn't seem editable and when I delete and make a new layer I don't know how to get the same style text up.

I am awful in Photoshop so if someone could quickly do this for me or help me out that would be great.

I guess the question is if the layer in question is really a text layer or not. You can create graphical layers from text so that may be what you're looking at. I've ran into this on some PSD's I've worked with. If this is the case, you'll need to recreate the layer with the styling you want in order to change the text.

Did you try Fiverr.com? You can find someone that will do the edit for you for $5 -
I would recommend selecting 2 providers at least so if one bails you have someone to do it as a back up

It will allow you to create graphical layers from text. You can run into PSD which will enable you to recreate the layer and style you need.
