I'm fully daft about web design. All I know how to do is basic tag tweaking and rely heavily on templates + my DreamWeaver WYSIWYG editor. I want to center (for example) my old site "http://www.pennystocksoftware.info/" but don't know how to do it, it's pathetic.

Any suggestions on the best way to learn basic things like that? I don't know if I want to learn full web design or just more to get by on, but any suggestions for what I can do to learn a bit more would be great. I did W4 for awhile back in the day but I didn't retain much there.

You can learn it on w3schools(dot)com.

Start with learning html. Good Luck.
