Need a good wordpress file manager

I need a plugin so that users can submit files, and I can have a page where all the files are displayed, complete with stats (e.g.: rank, downloads, rating, filesize, etc etc..), bonus points if the whole thing is automated!

      I've seen WP file manager plugins but not with all the functionality you require. At least not for free and I don't think I've seen a paid one yet, either. So yes, here's an opportunity for a WordPress plugin developer to create one with the goodies you require

    i guess wordpress already have it.
    ur user can upload files from their dashboar on media link, and browse all the files in it. the files are shared each other between the user in the site.
