Site saying page not found...

Hello Warriors,

I have a site that was perfectly fine, I haven't touched anything in Wordpress, FTP, etc. since it was completed. When I click on a tab, it says
page not found, click here for ftp upload information. Here is the site.

Again I haven't touched anything since the original files were uploaded, it worked fine yesterday and before that, I only started getting this message today.

Any help would be great, thanks!

    The site works for me but it is loading slow.

    You may need to fix your permalink settings.
    From inside wp-admin, it's
    Settings -> Permalinks
    make sure that they are correct then click Save Changes. If they can't be saved, you'll need to fix the permissions on the .htaccess file.
