Default need a feedback form

Does anyone know of a free service that will collect feedback and email the results to me? It seems like too much work to create the form and php code.

I know Aweber lets you add a feedback form along with optin capture. You can probably use that form by itself, and you will receive the feedback the same way Aweber emails you the optin info from new optins.

It is a large blank space into which your reader types any comments to be made to you, and Aweber sends it to you.

I'll be GetResponse has something similar.

Thanks Don. Why didn't I think of that! That would have been the easy solution.

I ended up finding this site that works really well (no affiliation: formlogix.com). So far it's doing exactly what I need.

You can also try thesitewizard.com, that's the site I direct my students to. Just cut and paste the code into your site and voila!

Have you tried surveymonkey.com? Not sure if it's a permament solution you need or not. If you need something permanent, your autoresponder service should have options for you. If not, I highly recommend Coffee Cup Form builder. It's inexpensive, easy to use and looks fantastic and it's a one time fee.
