Hi There
I want to include some video on my website what is the best or easiest software to use and do I need any hardware apart from a webcam, is there any free software I can use.
PS I havn't got a webcam yet so any recomends would be greatly aprectiated

    It depends on what your topic is really.

    You may want to try and do a search on YouTube for your topic. Once you find a video you want to include, there is a box with the code to embed to video into your web page.

    brakers, it all depends on what type of video you want to put on your site.

    Do you want to do screen recording or a recorded video of yourself?

    If you want to do screen recording, you can use jingproject.com or camtasia and convert it into flash format

    If you want to do a recording of yourself, the quickest, easiest way to do this is to get a web cam and mic and use ustream.tv to make a recording, once you make your recording, you can embed it into your Web site.

    If your making your own video's camtasia is probably the best. You can do anything with it. I have used it for years. The only issue is it is about $300 bucks. Not worth it unless you are going to make lots of videos or your own products...that's what I us it for.
