New site--any tips or suggestions?

I'm going to be very critical here

Red text on a gray background is a terrible idea and the gray background alltogether makes it look boring and very generic. It feels like you were trying to go the "safe way".

I like the header, except that it says nothing about AdWords, I would close the site before I'd find it out.

Menu is OK, but it just "gray black white", could use a little more work, but it doesn't look horrible. As for the sidebar, thats one big problem It's much wider than it's content. If you look at the "certified" image, it just doesn't look right as it has different margin on top and bottom.

Probably worst thing about the whole site is the signup form. If nothing else, at least make it so it spans to 100% width of the sidebar. This way it just looks so bad, that I won't even consider signing up.

"Email us today" has the same problem as "certified" image. It doesn't fit in the sidebar, and it's the only shiny green thing, which makes it stand out, but not in a good way.

Last thing I don't like in the sidebar is the "call me" button, which isn't even aligned to the center (rest of the sidebar content is). It's good to keep some consistency in website design.

As for footer, it's nice that it has the same "feel" as menu, showing some consistency.

I think is good just follow some advice from expert above and you are on top of your game. I may be looking forward to working with you in future on adwords.keep it up!

Site looks good but I have to agree with some of the above posts about "looks dated". Try a different font in your text. Personally like Georgia font. Also maybe instead of the bullet points, try check marks. I wouldn't obsess with making your site the best there is because it will take away from your goal. That is to get customers!

Overall, I think the site looks ok. I do like the title graphic. On first viewing, I can't really tell if it's a sales page, or a page selling services - there are aspects of both in it.

It's good that you have a video, it appeals to more learning styles and more people will take the informaiton in.

I'm not too sure if the Adwords Partner logo needs it's own dedicated section though. Did you have the site designed for your business or are you using a generic CMS platform?

I definitely think you could do with some client testimonials - even if it scrolls through them one at a time, it takes up less space and you can have as many as you want doing it that way.

I think with a little bit more work, it could be a really nice site.

Thanks for the tips everyone--I am working with my web guy to make some more changes and REALLY appreciate the feedback, especially as relates to the inline image/sidebar lining up. This is a great forum and I wish all of you continued success!
