Right Side Bar at Bottom of Page

I have been working on a site for a few weeks now, added lots of post etc.

I am using a free wordpress magazine theme and all of the sudden, my right sidebar, while still on the right, is under all of my post. My pictures are all thumbnail size, I have checked the box in the settings, writing section to correct all extraneous html tags.

I am at a loss as to what to try next. When this happened, I was simply adding a post, not dealing with the theme or widgets at all. I would appreciate any advice you may have. Thanks.

You can send me the site address in a personal message if you want me to take a look at it. Usually when this happens it has something to do with a div in the wrong place or a float issue. Your theme could have been this way from the beginning, not showing it but once you added so many posts it finally showed up.

I sent you a PM, let me know if you need more info. Thanks so much for the help. The problem is on every page so I'm thinking it is not a one post problem.
