I have made a theme similar to google. Is this violating copyright?

Demo : travellingnews dot info

Search results : travellingnews dot info/search/clock

I want to sell this theme and blog but I do not know if anyone is interested?

Approximately how much it cost?

    wow you have made a tremendous effort, infact i am a beginner so i don't have any idea about the violation of copyrights or cost of your site but what i am here for is just encouraging you, keep it up and you can create extraordinary.
    but keep in mind one thing don't spoil your own unique ideas, don't copy so you would never have to ask about copyright stuff!

    please don't mind i am just a beginner and a well wisher

    When you do a search on your site, does it only search through your site, meaning it only searches on pages that are in your index map?

    How is the search feature set up?

    Can you change the Colorful Logo to any other Title if needed?

      Yes i can change the colorful log to any other title.

      I made this theme for fun. Apparently a lot of my friends are interest. I am selling this theme into their $ 100. But I think the blog and want to sell this theme at flippa
