^ why are there spaces between the paragraphs so big on my blog?

when i edit the post, its just a simple single post, and i look at my html and there's no code like <br> or anything.

why is it doing that and how do i make it show up normally single spaced?

The cause and solutions is as below.

The style sheet for your plugin 'fasterim-optin' is cauing this.

go to your file
wp-content/plugins/fasterim-optin/css/thickbox.css

find this code, (its your 5th line)

p{padding-top: 5px;padding-bottom: 5px;}


modify it to

p{padding-top: 0px;padding-bottom: 0px;}


now you will get your webpage as you expect it to be.

thank you very much for the help, it fixed the issue.

the headline of "how to get over your ex" is appearing black even though i have tried to make it red time after time within my blog theme.

can you please let me know why it's doing that and how to fix it? i would really appreciate it.

also, my header image is offcenter even though its 860x175 just like the dimensions of the header say it should be. any idea why and how i could fix it?

Got to file,
themes/thesis_17/custom/skins/tt-easythesis/themes/black.css

find the below code,
/* Post Titles */ .custom .headline_area h2 a {color: #222222; font-size: 1.6em;} and modify the color to what you like.


Go to your header.php (or may be index.php) file, find the code,
<p id="logo">

and modify it to
<p align="center" id="logo">

It must solve out, let me know if you face any problem.

i solved the red headline issue, thank you!

i did not find the <p id logo that you mentioned in either of those files, or any of the other ones that i checked. both in the thesis folders and easy thesis custom folders.

as i was exploring skin_options.php and head.php and functions.php - they seemed like the ones most likely to contain whatever it is i need to adjust.

i would really appreciate it if you could take a closer look and let me know where to adjust the code. you have been very helpful!

Kevin, i really tried to find out which place you need to modify, there are many ways. i tried using css files, but its breaking out here, so i can't confirm you.
the solution is very simple if i would have the access to theme files. i can't access your PHP files, so thats why hard to give you solution without me having proper information. if you can ZIP and send me the theme as personal message, i would reply back in 10 mins.
