Wordpress User Access

Is there a way to set up a wordpress blog where users gain access to certain pages AFTER they've made payment? I have video tutorials that a sell and right now I'm using DotNetNuke but want to move to a WordPress blog format. Everything worked rather well with the exception of GoDadaddy's horrific support after THEIR recommended upgrade crashed my site and they can't fix it. 20K+ user accounts... gone...
