What is the Best of the Best Online Webdesign Course?

Over the last 3 years, since getting into making money online, I have created probably over 50 websites using different templates. Everything from a free html editor for a "site build it" site I own, to xsitepro and others for other websites that I own.
An opportunity has arisen to create a website for someone else. It is just going to be a 5 page website with a blog attached for a business. This got me thinking that I wouldn't mind creating another revenue stream online designing websites and even managing it for them (or actually outsourcing a lot of this, but I want to know the ins and outs myself first). I would specialize in local business, mainly, and small 5-10 page websites just for people to have a web presence.
My question is, is there a really good quality web design course online that I can do. That will help me to create websites of all different sizes and shapes. Some people want might flash on there websites or other things that I don't normally put on mind and that I don't have a clue about.
I am not talking about a HTML course or a whole package course including driving traffic etc. I just need something that will help me create small websites for a varitiey of clients, quickly and easily.
Any advice?
