Wordpress Review theme: new pages adding all screwy

Hi all,

I am using a custom theme, the Wordpress Review Theme, which I purchased.

In most themes, when you add new pages, you can specific the "parent", and it adds the new page as part of a drop-down menu under the parent.

However, in this theme, when I add a new page, it adds a static text link under the parent page. Obviously this looks screwy.

Is there a bit of code I could change to fix this?

Thanks,

Matt

Actually, this goes for ANY wordpress theme... how do I get my subpages to appear in a drop-down menu?

Not sure about the theme you're talking about exactly but typically, when you add a page (any page) that can become a parent page once you add another page and select that (the second page) as the child page.

So, if you added a review page, such as Product 1 then it's simply just a page. But, if you added a second page, say Product 1 Review, then inside the page dashboard, you can select (on the right hand side under Page Attributes where it says "Parent") the Product 1 page to be the parent.

From the menu, your pages will now look like

    Product 1
    - Product 1 Review <--- dropdown

Not sure what you mean by static link. Also, it depends on how well the review theme is designed but most themes shouldn't have a problem allowing you to have child pages.

    Does that help any?
