URGENT HELP NEEDED SPLASH PAGE FOR EBOOK

I have just created my first ebook, made a cover and can manage to compile it using ebook compiler. However, I have also made a splash page and I cannot get that to open. Probably because I have NO IDEA how to make a splash page. Can do the graphics o.k. but something tells me more is needed. :confused: Please help as I have a big project to complete before the end of this week. I am sending this ebook to others for inclusion in their sites. Plus will be uploading it to my wordpress site, once I get it off to other people, th eboook that is - oops I'm going crazy

    I have just completed two ebooks with ebook compiler so I'm familiar with it.

    The splash page needs to be in a bitmap format (bmp). Did you use this format?

    It's a good idea to keep the image small because otherwise the file size becomes too large.
