Website only works in Google Chrome

I have been working on this site for quite some time now and not sure if my HTML is bad or if it's something in the CSS. Can someone look at the code and figure out why I can't run this in fire or IE. It's just crazy you can't run simple 1970 HTML in any browser. oh it's ohspublishing . com

    If site does not work in any browser, then its up to CSS. Correct the CSS file(s)

      I even tried this on my old copy of FF1.5 and IE6 and they both rendered identical to chrome.
