What does this page need?

While I agree that the page may look a bit empty, I'm not sure that is a bad thing.

The page is doing exactly what it should do. You have links to purchase the product. You have a download link for the free version. Your top navigation bar is there in case I want to go elsewhere on the site.

If I navigated to that page I wanted to see the comparison chart. Almost anything else that you would put on the page would be extraneous information for the user.

If I were to add anything it might be a mouse-over pop-up/tool-tip that explains some of the terms used in the comparison.

An example would be the Access Control function. This function is only available with the Pro Version of your software. Therefore, this function would be one of only 6 reasons I would pay you the additional $70 to upgrade from light to pro, and one of only 4 reasons to increase my investment by $20 from the standard to pro versions.

So perhaps you should tell the potential customer what benefit they would gain by having access control.

I would explain every function that is not available to your potential customer in the free version. The bottom line is that if your potential customer has navigated to the comparison chart you've probably sold them on your software. Now you should sale them the version you want them to purchase.

Just one more thing, why is there a link to Google in your footer? I'm just wondering what purpose it servers. Or perhaps a better question is how does a link to Google increase the likelihood of someone buying your product?

i am actually planning a version of the chart featuring some sort of pop-up java thing with descriptions of the various features.

The google link is just a silly superstition that google likes backlinks also probably stupid of me

You have a pretty good website and like gyar29 said i would not worry about this page too much. If I click on the chart, that’s what I want to see. Maybe you could use an introduction video on the 5 bullet point you have on the home page, so visitor can see it work in action

Cool site...chat also looks nice, may be u could add some scroll /sliding effect while clicking each plans...hope this helps
