Need some reviews and suggesstions for my site

Hey everyone I was wondering if you could review my site. This is my first time doing a site thats not an auto blog will be a straight organic content blog. I will be writing my own articles and everything as this niche is something I love to do. I am kinda stumped on how I can monetize it and maximize its earning potential outside of the service I will soon be offering. Any content suggestions monetization anything you feel will make the most out of it let me know

      Put up some quality posts... give away something with newsletter subscription... lock it with our content gateway on VIP info. What is your backlinking strategy?

    you placed the RSS and social connector icons on top of your right sidebar, Thats the best part. Appriciate that.
    And you are using Tweeter plugins, thats also good, but please use button type twitter plugin, and place it on top near the topoic title.

    if you wanna improve your blogs status,
    you have to use link building. No need to spend anythiong, just go and post comments on related stuff blogs.

    and always ( atleast twice a day ) tweet about your each and every blog posts with url.

    then you can increace your alexa.

    Install statepress plugin, so you can get an idea about your visitors.

    and use Google analytics, and ad sence.

    once you improve your site rank ( like alexa - 300000, and PR 3 atleast ),
    you can apply for buyandsell ads,
