How to create custom Facebook URLS?

So I decided to reword this as simple as possible in a nutshell, my question simply is how do I get working links like these:
HTML Code:
http://www.facebook.com/BismarckWindowTinting

http://www.facebook.com/twilight

http://www.facebook.com/udana.net

Ok,BEFORE you yell out Google it! Been there did that...
2nd , I will use a twilight fanpage to illustrate the issue I am having.

So i've created my first FB company page, but instead of my page looking like this:

http://www.facebook.com/twilight
it looks more like this

HTML Code:
http://www.facebook.com/pages/twilight/177653892250503?created#!/pages/twilight/177653892250503?v=wall
(just an example, not an actual working link)

When I put
HTML Code:
http://www.facebook.com/mypage
brings up a page like this:
The page you requested was not found.

You may have clicked an expired link or mistyped the address. Some web addresses are case sensitive.

    I believe you have to reach a minimum amount of fans before you can do that.

    yea 25 is the number of fans one can attain before one can set his custom URL in facebook go to facebook.com/username when you are ready

      You can use the original long url on your site and also invite your friends to join your page..this will help increase ur fans (25) then u can create a user defined url..If u need help creating the url, just ask again and we will help u..good luck
