How in the heck is this done. They embed a recipe in an iframe.

Recipe page.. Cowboy Caviar Recipe - CookEatShare

Embed code.. CookEatShare - Easy Recipes and Cooking Tips

I badly need to figure this out. I don't know how many bloggers or websites use these embedded recipes...but I would think this would be a goldmine of one-way links in.

I made an iframe for an entire page on my recipe site...uhggg..but I can't figure out how to isolate just the image, direction and ingredients (recipe in a box..lol) or table as in the example above..
