Which free website builder?

Wix has a very good website builder, only drawback is you cannot take the pages you created elsewhere to be hosted.
Are there any recommendations for a free sitebuilder similar to wix, with it's drag and drop style editing, and the ability to bring the design to a reputable hosting company?

    You can install wordpress and then install a CMS wordpress theme on your server. For amazing looking themes you can find some cheap ones at themesforest.net.

    WordPress makes it really easy for anyone to install a theme and make your site look completely different in minutes. You can do it all for free using the built-in WordPress theme search. Pick what type of theme you want (one column, two column, etc), add, and activate.

    Alternatively you can use WIX.com to make flash sites using an online builder (free).
